中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of fumigation and washing with traditional chinese medicine combined with traditional chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis

目的探究霉菌性阴道炎患者采用中药熏洗联合中医护理的效果。方法选取43例霉菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机抽样法分为对照组(21例)与试验组(22例)。对照组予以中药熏洗治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以中医护理干预。比较两组治疗效果、复发率、症状消失时间、遵医行为及生活质量。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组遵医行为率100%高于对照组的76.19%,外阴瘙痒、白带异常、黏膜充血水肿及阴道灼痛症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合中医护理可提高霉菌性阴道炎患者的治疗效果,降低疾病复发率,加快症状好转时间,提高患者遵医行为,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional chinese medicine nursing for patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods 43 patients with mycotic vaginitis were divided into control group(21 cases)and experimental group(22 cases)according to random sampling method.The control group was given traditional chinese medicine fumigation treatment,and the experimental group was given traditional chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,recurrence rate,time of symptom disappearance,compliance behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the experimental group was 100%higher than that of the control group 76.19%,and the disappearance time of vaginal pruritus,abnormal leucorrhea,mucosal hyperemia and vaginal burning pain was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional chinese medicine nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of mycotic vaginitis patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,accelerate the time of symptom improvement,improve the compliance behavior of patients,and have clinical promotion value.
