Objective To explore and analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain and post-traumatic growth of ectopic pregnancy patients with fertility requirements. Methods 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group(conventional nursing)and study group(on a control group comprehensive rehabilitation nursing)with 34 cases in each group by coin toss method.Postoperative pain and post-traumatic growth were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups on the day after surgery(P>0.05).Pain scores of 24 h,48 h and 72 h in the study group[(5.09±0.96)points,(4.29±1.09)points,(3.15±1.05)points]were lower than those of the control group[(5.59±0.82)points,(5.35±0.81)points,(4.47±1.08)points].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of post-traumatic growth(PTGI)in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for ectopic pregnancy patients with proliferation requirements can effectively relieve postoperative pain and promote post-traumatic growth, which has clinical popularization value.
