助产士综合护理对会阴无保护分娩产妇会阴裂伤的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing care by midwives on perineal laceration during unprotected perineal delivery

目的研究助产士综合护理对会阴无保护分娩产妇会阴裂伤的影响。方法选取54例产妇,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(采用常规护理)与干预组(采用助产士综合护理),每组27例。比较两组会阴裂伤程度、配合度、疼痛评分、新生儿评分及产后住院时间。结果干预组的会阴无裂伤率66.67%、配合度96.30%均分别高于对照组的14.81%、77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的Apgar评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,产后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士综合护理应用于会阴无保护分娩中的效果显著,可降低产妇会阴裂伤程度,减轻疼痛,促进产妇康复,提升新生儿评分,提高分娩质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing by midwives on perineal laceration in unprotected parturients.Methods 54 parturients were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and intervention group(comprehensive nursing with midwives)according to random drawing method,with 27 cases in each group.The degree of perineal laceration,compatibility,pain score,neonatal score and postpartum hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results Perineal laceration-free rate of 66.67%and coordination degree of 96.30%in the intervention group were higher than 14.81%and 77.78%in the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Apgar score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the postpartum hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing by midwives in unprotected perineal delivery is significant,which can reduce the degree of perineal laceration,relieve pain,promote maternal rehabilitation,improve newborn score and improve delivery quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
