氯雷他定、孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻腔雾化冲洗对变应性鼻炎患儿的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Loratadine,Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide Nasal Cavity Atomization Flushing on Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:分析氯雷他定、孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻腔雾化冲洗对变应性鼻炎患儿的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年9月福州市长乐区中医院儿科收治的132例变应性鼻炎患儿,按随机数表法分为两组,各66例。对照组采用氯雷他定片、孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用布地奈德鼻腔雾化冲洗。比较两组的治疗效果、鼻部症状、炎症因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)、鼻炎伴随症状总评分(TNNSS)及鼻内镜检查结果评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平低于对照组,γ干扰素(INF-γ)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯雷他定、孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻腔雾化冲洗治疗变应性鼻炎患儿,可提高治疗效果,降低炎症表达,且未增加治疗副作用,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Loratadine,Montelukast Sodium,and Budesonide nasal cavity atomization flushing on children with allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 132 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Pediatric Department of Fuzhou Changle District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to September 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets and Montelukast Sodium,the observation group used Budesonide nasal cavity atomization flushing on the basis of this control group.The treatment effects,nasal symptoms,and levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total nasal symptom score(TNSS),total non nasal symptom score(TNNSS),and nasal endoscopic examination result score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of eosinophils(EOS),interleukin-4(IL-4),and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the nasal secretions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of interferon-γ(INF-γ)was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Loratadine,Montelukast Sodium,and Budesonide nasal cavity atomization flushing in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children can improve the treatment effect,reduce inflammation expression,and do not increase treatment side effects,with high safety.
