手法复位小夹板固定联合中药三期外治法治疗C3型Colles骨折患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Manipulative Reduction Small Splint Fixation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Stage Three External Treatment Method in the Treatment of C3 Type Colles Fracture

目的:探究手法复位小夹板固定联合中药三期外治法治疗C3型Colles骨折患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月泉州市泉港区医院收治的70例C3型Colles骨折患者。根据数字表随机抽签法将其分为研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予手法复位小夹板固定治疗,研究组给予手法复位小夹板固定联合中药三期外治法。比较两组治疗12周后腕关节功能,治疗前、治疗12周后肿胀程度、疼痛程度,腕关节解剖结构,骨折愈合时间。结果:治疗12周后,研究组腕关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组肿胀程度、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分均显著低于对照组,骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组尺偏角、掌倾角、桡骨高度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:C3型Colles骨折患者采用手法复位小夹板固定联合中药三期外治法治疗可改善关节功能恢复效果,减轻肿胀及疼痛程度,缩短骨折愈合时间,改善腕关节解剖结构。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of manipulative reduction small splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine stage three external treatment method in the treatment of C3 type colles fracture.Method:Seventy patients with C3 type Colles fracture admitted to Quangang District Hospital of Quanzhou City from January to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random drawing method for digital tables,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulative reduction small splint fixation.The study group was treated with manipulative reduction small splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine stage three external treatment method.The wrist joint function after 12 weeks of treatment,the degree of swelling and pain before and after 12 weeks of treatment,the anatomical structure of the wrist joint and the time of fracture healing were compared between the two groups.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the swelling degree and numerical pain rating scale(NRS)score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the fracture healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the ulnar declination angle,palmar inclination angle and radius height of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with C3 type Colles fracture,manipulative reduction small splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine stage three external treatment method treatment can improve the effect of joint functional recovery,reduce swelling and pain degree,shorten fracture healing time,and improve the anatomical structure of wrist joint.
