小针刀联合穴位贴敷在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Acupoint Application in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探讨小针刀联合穴位贴敷在神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年4月—2022年6月菏泽市中医医院收治的94例CSR患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各47例。对照组行小针刀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,两组均持续随访3个月。比较两组的中医症候积分、疼痛程度、临床疗效及颈椎活动度。结果:随访3个月后,观察组中医症候积分中的疼痛、活动受限及肢体麻木评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组颈椎旋转、屈伸活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合穴位贴敷治疗能够有效降低CSR患者中医症候积分,减轻疼痛,提高颈椎活动度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of small needle knife combined with acupoint application in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Method:A total of 94 CSR patients admitted to Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received small needle knife treatment,while the observation group received acupoint application treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for 3 months.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,degree of pain,clinical efficacy,and cervical mobility between two groups were compared.Result:After 3 months of follow-up,the pain,limited mobility,and limb numbness scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than 82.98%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical rotation,flexion and extension activity in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of small needle knife and acupoint application can effectively reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,alleviate pain,improve cervical mobility in CSR patients.
