Objective:To investigate the impact of femoral neck system(FNS)and dynamic hip screw(DHS)internal fixation on the short-term postoperative recovery and complications in patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:A total of 68 patients with femoral neck fracture who admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Foshan City from March 2018 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into DNS group(n=34)and DHS group(n=34)by simple random grouping.FNS group was treated with FNS internal fixation,DHS group was treated with DHS internal fixation. The perioperative related indicators(surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, hospital stay),recent postoperative recovery[fracture healing time,Harris hip score(HSS)]and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and fracture healing time of FNS group were better than those of DHS group, and the HHS score at 3 months after operation was higher than that of DHS group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of DHS group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of FNS in patients with femoral neck fracture is better than that of DHS,which can better promote the recent recovery after operation and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
