综合口腔护理干预对牙周病患者牙菌斑控制及牙龈指数的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Oral Nursing Intervention on Plaque Control and Gingival Index in Patients with Periodontal Disease

目的:探讨综合口腔护理干预对牙周病患者牙菌斑控制及牙龈指数的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的120例牙周病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组接受常规口腔卫生指导和标准牙周治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加专业菌斑控制、自我菌斑控制指导、口腔卫生教育等综合口腔护理干预。比较两组干预前后牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、口腔保健行为(OHB)及并发症发生情况。结果:干预前,两组PLI、GI、OHB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组PLI、GI均显著低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,两组OHB均显著高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合口腔护理干预对牙周病患者有显著的改善作用,能有效降低PLI、GI,提高OHB水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive oral nursing intervention on plaque control and gingival index in patients with periodontal disease.Method:A total of 120 patients with periodontal disease who treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine oral health guidance and standard periodontal treatment,the observation group was comprehensive oral nursing intervention such as increased professional plaque control,self plaque control guidance,oral health education and so on on the basis of the control group.The plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),oral health behavior(OHB)before and after intervention and complications were compared between two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in PLI,GI and OHB between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the PLI and GI of two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the OHB of two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive oral nursing intervention has a significant improvement effect on patients with periodontal disease,which can effectively reduce PLI and GI,improve the level of OHB,and reduce the incidence of complications.
