五位一体护理模式对肺癌患者负性情绪、生活质量及并发症的影响

Effects of Five-in-one Nursing Mode on Negative Emotions,Quality of Life and Complications in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:探讨五位一体护理模式对肺癌患者负性情绪、生活质量及并发症的影响。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年12月苏州市相城人民医院收治的104例肺癌患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用五位一体护理模式。比较两组负性情绪、生活质量、护理满意度及护理期间并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组功能维度评分均较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组,两组症状维度评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为90.38%,高于对照组的63.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五位一体护理模式可改善患者负性情绪,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度,降低患者并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effects of five-in-one nursing mode on negative emotions,quality of life and complications in patients with lung cancer.Method:A total of 104 patients with lung cancer admitted to Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with five-in-one nursing mode based on the control group.Negative emotion,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complication rate during nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in both groups were lower than those of before nursing,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,functional dimension scores of both groups were higher than those of before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,symptom dimension scores of both groups were lower than those of before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 90.38%,higher than 63.46%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.69%,lower than 23.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five-in-one nursing mode can improve patients'negative emotions,improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
