温和灸联合天麻止晕贴在急性发作颈性眩晕患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Mild Moxibustion Combined with Tianma Anti Dizziness Patch in Patients with Acute Onset of Cervical Vertigo

目的:探讨温和灸联合天麻止晕贴在急性发作颈性眩晕(cervical vertigo,CV)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年9月中山市中医院急诊科收治的60例急性发作CV患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予温和灸联合天麻止晕贴。比较两组治疗前、治疗第3天、7天症状评分,临床疗效及复发。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第3天、7天,两组眩晕、颈肩痛、头痛、日常工作和生活、心理及社会适应评分及总分均上升,治疗组眩晕、颈肩痛、头痛、日常工作和生活、心理及社会适应评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组眩晕、颈肩痛、头痛、日常工作和生活、心理及社会适应评分及总分各时点,组间及组间和时间的交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸联合天麻止晕贴治疗急性发作CV患者效果确切,可有效缓解临床症状并降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of mild moxibustion combined with Tianma Anti Dizziness Patch in patients with acute onset of cervical vertigo(CV).Method:Sixty patients with acute onset of CV admitted to the Emergency Department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given mild moxibustion combined with Tianma Anti Dizziness Patch on the basis of the control group.Symptom scores before treatment,on the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,both groups showed an increase in dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,headache,daily work and life,psychological and social adaptation scores and total scores,the scores of dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,headache,daily work and life,psychological and social adaptation and total scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the time points,groups,and between groups and time interaction function of dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,headache,daily work and life,psychological and social adaptation scores and total scores(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mild moxibustion combined with Tianma Anti Dizziness Patch is effective in the treatment of patients with acute onset of CV,and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate.
