长横孔反射波后尾波的分析

On Unknown Wave after Reflected Wave of Long Transverse Hole

超声相控阵检测时,发现长横孔反射回波后面紧跟着一个尾波,为了避免缺陷漏检及误判,有必要对尾波的形成原因进行分析。本文通过检测试验、仿真分析等途径,阐明了尾波的形成原因、声波的传播路径以及辨认方法,对相关检测应用具有一定的参考价值。

During ultrasonic phased array detection,it is found that the reflected wave of the long transverse hole is closely followed by an unknown wave.In order to avoid missing defect detection and misjudgment,it is necessary to analyze the formation reasons of the unknown wave.This paper expounds the formation reason,the propagation path of acoustic wave and the identification method by means of test and simulation analysis,which has certain reference value for related detection applications.
