Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine on lung function, quality of life and complications of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer. Methods From February 2022 to January 2023,200 patients who received radical lung cancer treatment in Henan Chest Hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the intervention group received rapid rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine.Lung function, quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung(FACT-L)scores in the two groups increased, which were higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group[6.00%(6/100)]was lower than that in the control group[16.00%(16/100)](P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine can improve the lung function, improve the quality of life and reduce complications of patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery.
