“新课程改革”衍变逻辑的历史考察与现实反思 被引量:1

摘要 “新课程改革”的根本目的是构建符合素质教育所要求的“新的基础教育课程体系”。这场持续至今已有22年的改革,实质上是以课程政策、课程理论、课程实践“迭代升级”为衍变逻辑的创新过程,具有稳定性、连贯性和渐进性等特点。考察“新课程改革”的根本遵循、助推策略和整体布局,可总体把握其政策制定依据;考察不同阶段课程指南、课程方案和课程标准的核心思想,可总体把握其理论视野;考察教师的习得与创新、学生的体验与发展、社会的赞誉与批评,可总体把握其实践进路。在考察、反思以上三重衍变逻辑的基础上,构建指向“新课程改革”本体结构的认知框架和评价依据。 The fundamental purpose of new curriculum reform is to build"new basic education curriculum system"that meets the requirements of quality-oriented education.This reform,which has lasted for 22 years,is in essence an innovative process of evolving logic based on the"iteration and upgrading"of curriculum policy,curriculum theory and curriculum practice,with characteristics of stability,coherence and gradualism.By examining the fundamental compliance and promoting strategy and overall layout of new curriculum reform,we can get hold of its policy basis.By examining the core ideas of course guide,course plan and course standard in different stages,we can get hold of its theoretical vision.By examining the teacher's acquisition and innovation,the student's experience and development,and the society's praisal and criticism,we can get hold of the way of its practice.On the basis of examining and reflecting on the above three evolutionary logics,the cognitive framework and evaluation basis pointing to the noumenon structure of new curriculum reform are constructed.
