“Know the Enemy and Know Yourself”and“Use Strategic Tactics According to Situation”--A Brief Analysis of the Intelligence Analysis Art in the“Han Zhong Dui”

韩信是脱颖于楚汉争霸时代的天才将领,其不仅具备卓越的军事指挥才能,在战略情报分析与谋略领域也有极高的造诣,“汉中对”就是展现其独特“大情报观”的一次战略运筹。本文主要采用历史文献研究法,重现“汉中对”提出的历史背景,考察韩信“汉中对”分析研判楚汉形势的内容,并探讨其分析中存在的不足与局限性,为当下开展谋略与运筹工作提供参考与借鉴。

Han Xin was a brilliant military commander during the Chu-Han Contention period.He not only possessed exceptional military command abilities but also had profound insights into strategic intelligence analysis and tactics.“Han Zhong Dui”is an example of his unique“great intelligence perspective”strategic maneuver.This article primarily employs historical literature research to revisit the historical context in which“Han Zhong Dui”was presented,examine Han Xin’s analysis and judgment of the Chu-Han situation,and explore its limitations and constraints.This study provides references and insights for contemporary strategic planning and operations.
