人工智能时代在线学习新形态——算法支持的智适应社群化学习 被引量:5

摘要 人工智能、大数据等核心技术的快速发展促使人类的知识生产方式、学习方式和人才培养方式发生变革。以ChatGPT为代表的生成性人工智能为人机协同的互动性、生成性、个性化学习发展提供支撑。网络时代人类的知识生产经历了从PGC到UGC再到AIGC的转变。在线学习也经历了由教师提供到社群驱动和算法支持的发展。人工智能时代需要将人机互动的智适应学习和人际互动的社群化学习深度融合,从而充分发挥算法驱动的个性化和自适应优势,以及社群驱动下群体动力和群体智慧汇聚的优势,以实现算法和社群双驱动的协同共创。将人工智能与群体智慧深度融合,可以回应人工智能时代学习方式变革和创新型人才培养的问题。同时,在算法支持的智适应社群化学习发展过程中,为了避免算法歧视与偏见,必须重视“人在回路”的概念,即重视由人主导的迭代。 The rapid development of core technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data has transformed the way humans produce and acquire knowledge,as well as how talent is cultivated.Generative artificial intelligence,represented by ChatGPT,supports interactive,generative,and personalized learning in human-machine collaboration.Human knowledge production in the network era has undergone a transformation from PGC to UGC and now to AIGC.Online learning has also evolved from instructor-provided,to community-driven and algorithm-supported development.In the era of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to deeply integrate adaptive learning of human-machine interaction and interpersonal interaction of social networked learning,so as to give full play to the advantages of algorithm-driven personalization and adaptability,as well as the advantages of group dynamics and group wisdom in the context of social networked learning.This requires a collaborative creation driven by both algorithms and communities,a deep integration of artificial intelligence and group wisdom,and a response to the challenges of changing learning methods and innovative talent cultivation in the age of AI.In the development process of algorithm-supported intelligent adaptive social learning,in order to avoid algorithmic discrimination and bias,it is necessary to emphasize the concept of“human in the loop”,which means emphasizing human-driven iterations.
