浅谈甘肃文县阳山金矿钻探施工技术

Drilling Construction Technology of Yangshan Gold Mine in Wenxian,Gansu

甘肃阳山金矿位于我国著名的“陕甘川”金三角地区,矿区地层条件比较复杂岩层破碎,第四系覆土层深厚,在钻探施工中,存在护壁、钻孔缩径、钻进中的卡钻、跑钻、掉心,地层漏失等技术难题,已经制约矿区钻探施工,大大影响了施工进度。本文介绍了甘肃文县阳山金矿的钻探施工情况,针对矿区钻探施工技术难点,结合多年的钻探施工实践,从钻探施工管理上进行了分析;在施工技术上,着重介绍了干钻法、跟管钻进法、双管双动普双钻进工艺以及在复杂地层中钻进时套管、聚丙烯酰胺浆液、水泥浆三种护壁方式。经多年的钻探施工总结,探索出适合在该矿区复杂地层钻探施工工艺和护壁方法,并经钻探施工的有益实践,取得较好的效果。

Gansu Yangshan gold mine is located in the famous 'Shaanxi-Gansu-Sichuan 'gold triangle area in China.The formation conditions of the mining area are complex and the Quaternary overburden is deep.In the drilling construction,there are technical problems such as wall protection,borehole shrinkage,sticking,running drilling,core falling and formation leakage,which have restricted the drilling construction of the mining area and greatly affected the construction progress.This paper introduces the drilling construction of Yangshan Gold Mine in Wenxian County,Gansu Province.In view of the technical difficulties of drilling construction in the mining area,combined with years of drilling construction practice,the drilling construction management is analyzed.In the construction technology,the dry drilling method,the pipe drilling method,the double pipe double action double drilling process and the three wall protection methods of casing,polyacrylamide slurry and cement slurry during drilling in complex strata are introduced.After years of drilling construction summary,the drilling construction technology and wall protection method suitable for complex strata in the mining area were explored,and good results were achieved through the beneficial practice of drilling construction.
