摘要
根据铝加工厂具有代表性的热处理炉负荷特性与最大需量间关系,利用牛顿插值法对热处理炉生产电力负荷进行预测,通过能源管理系统最优化管理热处理炉运行模式,开发系统并经过长时间实际调试应用,得出了该系统有利于降低最大需量,提高经济性的结论。
According to the relationship between the load characteristics and the maximum demand of the representative heat treatment furnace in the aluminum processing plant,the maximum demand value is controlled by controlling the working mode of the heater without affecting the production of the heat treatment furnace,so as to carry out the system operation design and application debugging.The system is conducive to reducing the maximum demand and improving the economy.
