摘要
在熔盐电解法生产金属锂的过程中,氯化锂产品中的杂质硼元素会影响金属锂电解效率和产品质量。本文通过对工艺流程分析和硼元素的占比分析,发现流化床干燥过程的影响较大,进而对流化床筛板改良和流化床内负压参数优化,使得硼元素大量的通过气相进入到干燥循环水中,优化后氯化锂产品中的杂质硼含量从0.008%降低至0.003%左右,从而提高了金属锂电解的电流效率和金属锂产品质量。
The impurity boron in lithium chloride products will affect the electrolytic efficiency and product quality in the process of lithium metal production by melting electrolysis.In this paper,through the optimization of the fluidized bed sieve plate and the negative pressure parameters in the fluidized bed,a large number of boron element was pushed into the circulating water through the gas phase.The impurity boron content in lithium chloride products is reduced from 0.008% to about 0.003%,so as to improve the current efficiency of lithium metal electrolysis and the product quality.
