摘要
针对炭素企业混捏成型工段中传统炭粉吸附沥青烟净化系统存在的问题,沥青烟高效吸附净化系统提出“源头吸附”、“预混喷射”、“多相耦合吸附”技术,旨在提高净化系统的吸附效率,为获得理想的净化效果奠定基础。
In the kneading and forming process of carbon plant,in view of the problems existing in the traditional pitch fume purification system based on carbon powder adsorption mechanism,the technology of “source adsorption”,“premixing-uniform spraying” and “multiphase coupled adsorption” are applied,aiming to improve the adsorption efficiency of purification system,,which lays the foundation for ideal purification effect.
