摘要
本文针对国内某硫铁矿制酸系统中余热锅炉膜式水冷壁及防磨瓦磨损严重频发泄露导致制酸系统停产检修等严重问题,采用数值模拟的方法,研究锅炉内流场、温度场以及烟尘颗粒轨迹等规律,从流体力学的方向研究锅炉的结构参数与磨损的因果关系,为后续企业优化升级,设计适用于高温高浓度含尘烟气特性的高效余热锅炉提供理论的参考。
In this paper,in view of the serious problems in the acid production system of a domestic pyrite ore,such as the production of acid production system for waste heat boiler membrane water wall and frequent leakage of anti-wear and tear,the flow field,temperature field and dust particle trajectory in the boiler are studied by numerical simulation,and the causal relationship between the structural parameters of the boiler and the wear is studied from the direction of fluid mechanics.It provides theoretical reference for the subsequent optimization and upgrading of enterprises and the design of efficient waste heat boiler suitable for the characteristics of high temperature and high concentration dust gas.
