机械设备金属材料的磨损失效及安全防范策略 被引量:1

摘要 现如今,我国工业生产规模不断扩大,且迅速成为我国支柱型产业之一,而机械设备则是工业生产及相关技术发展的重要基础设施,目前工业生产中随处可见大量的机械设备。然而,机械设备在运行中必然会遇到磨损问题,若是磨损过于严重,很可能影响到机械设备原有性能,进而也会威胁工业生产的安全性、稳定性,最终造成经济方面的重大损失。对此,文中重点从机械设备金属材料角度出发,就其使用中常见的磨损失效现象进行论述,其中磨损失效包括磨粒磨损、磨蚀磨损、疲劳模式等多种类型,在此基础上,针对性地提出相关的预防对策,包括提高金属材料表面耐磨性、做好预防性维修工作、革新材料制作技术、设计新型机械设备等,据此希望在后续的生产中减少金属材料磨损失效问题的发生,最大化地保障机械设备稳定可靠地运行工作。 Nowadays,the scale of industrial production in China is constantly expanding and rapidly becoming one of the pillar industries in China.Mechanical equipment is an important infrastructure for industrial production and related technological development.Currently,a large number of mechanical equipment can be seen everywhere in industrial production.However,mechanical equipment inevitably encounters wear issues during operation.If the wear is too severe,it may affect the original performance of the mechanical equipment,and then threaten the safety and stability of industrial production,ultimately causing significant economic losses.In this regard,the article focuses on discussing the common wear failure phenomena in the use of mechanical equipment metal materials from the perspective of wear failure,including abrasive wear,abrasive wear,fatigue mode,and other types.Based on this,targeted preventive measures are proposed,including improving the surface wear resistance of metal materials,doing preventive maintenance work,innovating material production technology,and designing new types of mechanical equipment,Based on this,we hope to reduce the occurrence of metal material wear and failure in subsequent production,and maximize the guarantee of stable and reliable operation of mechanical equipment.
