胶西北深部绳索钻探取心关键处理技术

Key processing technology of drilling coring in deep part of Jiaoxibei oilfield

随着近年来胶西北地区开展深部找矿工作,3000m以深钻孔施工项目陆续进行,深部钻孔的取心技术尤其对提高施工效率和钻孔质量起到关键性作用,现总结“山东招远水旺庄3000m金矿深部科学钻探项目”、“山东招远林家埃子3000m金矿深部科学钻探项目”、“山东大尹格庄3000m金矿深部科学钻探项目”的施工经验,通过进行施工方案可行性论证,提出取心内管提不动解决方案,并得到有效推行,达到成功取心的目的。最终,总结深部钻探绳索取心的要点和方法,为相同类型的施工提供参考。

With the development of deep prospecting work in Jiaoxibei area this year,3000m deep drilling projects have been carried out one after another.The coring technology of deep drilling plays a key role in improving the construction efficiency and drilling quality,this paper summarizes the construction experience of “Deep scientific drilling project of Shuiwangzhuang 3000m gold mine in Zhaoyuan,Shandong”,“Deep scientific drilling project of Linjiaaizi 3000m gold mine in Zhaoyuan,Shandong”and “Deep scientific drilling project of Dayinggezhuang 3000m gold mine in Shandong”,through the feasibility demonstration of the construction scheme,the solution of lifting the inner core tube without moving is put forward and implemented effectively to achieve the goal of successful coring.Finally,the paper summarizes the key points and methods of deep drilling rope coring,and provides reference for the same type of construction.
