矿山机电控制中PLC技术的应用研究

我国科学技术水平不断提高,许多先进的机电设备被广泛应用在矿山开采工作环节上,不仅极大提升了金属矿山资源基础开采效率,还为矿山企业的能源管理工作提供一定便利条件,加上越来越多的矿山企业意识到PLC技术的重要作用,所以将PLC技术应用至矿山机电控制系统中,并在此基础条件上增加了对技术的研究力度,能够极大提高机电控制自动化水平。本文首先详细分析PLC技术内涵以及作用,并且结合PLC技术应用优势,进一步总结出PLC技术应用策略、注意事项以及设计方案。

The level of science and technology in China is constantly improving.Many advanced electromechanical equipment are widely used in mining work,which not only greatly improves the basic mining efficiency of metal mine resources,but also provides a certain convenience for the energy management of mining enterprises.In addition,more and more mining enterprises are aware of the important role of PLC technology,so PLC technology is applied to the electromechanical control system of mines,On this basis,the research on technology has been increased,which can greatly improve the level of electromechanical control automation.This paper first analyzes the connotation and function of PLC technology in detail,and further summarizes the application strategy,precautions and design scheme of PLC technology based on the application advantages of PLC technology.
