摘要
针对大型铝电解槽在生产运行过程中暴露出的综合电耗高、生产成本高、资源消耗大、污染排放量大等问题,通过整合现有电解槽改造技术经验,提出加强生产过程控制、改进阳极部件焊接工艺、调节设备运行参数、实行极距补偿等技术措施,有效降低铝电解槽的槽平均电压、提高电流效率。
In view of the large aluminum electrolytic cell exposed in the production process of high power consumption,high production cost,resource consumption,pollution emissions,through the integration of existing electrolytic cell transformation technology experience,put forward to strengthen the production process control,improve the anode parts welding process,adjust equipment operating parameters,pole distance compensation technical measures,effectively reduce the average voltage,improve the current efficiency.
