摘要
传统DTⅡ(A)型固定带式输送机在绿色智能化钢铁企业原料场运输工艺中存在驱动装置占地面积大、抗冲击性差、使用寿命较短以及维护成本高问题,设计了一种矿用新型矿用带式输送机的驱动装置,阐述了驱动装置设计选型过程,对电动机、减速器和联轴器的选型进行详细对比,并对其优化组合,实际运用结果表明该种驱动装置占地面积小、运行稳定、维护成本低,能够带来经济效益值得进行推广使用。
The traditional DT Ⅱ(A) fixed belt conveyor has problems with large driving area,poor impact resistance,short service life,and high maintenance cost in the transportation process of green and intelligent steel enterprise raw material yards.A new type of driving device for mining belt conveyor was designed,and the design and selection process of the driving device was explained.A detailed comparison was made between the selection of electric motors,reducers,and couplings,And optimize its combination.The actual application results show that this driving device has small footprint,stable operation,low maintenance cost,and can bring economic benefits,which is worth promoting and using.
