含铜金矿物中铜浸出因素实验研究

摘要 某金精矿含铜较高,品位为3.26%。铜在浸出过程中有明显的浸出趋势,铜的浸出达50%,为探明铜在金浸出过程中的变化规律,通过开展浸出条件实验研究,在确定不影响金浸出的情况下以降低铜的浸出,从而降低氰化钠消耗。研究表明:氰化钠浓度越高、矿浆温度越高、溶解氧越大都可以促进铜的浸出,且氰化钠耗量也会随之增。因此,应考虑在不影响金银浸出率时,适当降低氰化钠浓度、室内温度和矿浆通风量,以降低铜的浸出和氰化钠消耗量。 The copper content of a gold concentrate is relatively high,with a grade of 3.26%.There is an obvious leaching trend of copper in the leaching process,and the copper leaching reaches 50%.In order to find out the change rule of copper in the gold leaching process,through the experimental study of leaching conditions,the copper leaching can be reduced without affecting the gold leaching,so as to reduce the consumption of sodium cyanide.The results show that the higher the concentration of sodium cyanide,the higher the pulp temperature,and the more dissolved oxygen can promote copper leaching,and the consumption of sodium cyanide will also increase.Therefore,it should be considered to properly reduce the concentration of sodium cyanide,indoor temperature and pulp ventilation to reduce copper leaching and sodium cyanide consumption without affecting the leaching rate of gold and silver.
