矿井掘进巷道锚杆超前支护技术研究

摘要 针对矿井掘进巷道内部受力复杂,稳定性差,超前支护初撑力偏小,易出现严重变形等问题,分析了巷道围岩采动应力情况,计算了锚杆支护关键技术参数,设计了掘进巷道锚杆超前支护方案,并进行了应用测试,测试结果表明:应用该锚杆超前支护方案后,巷道相对移近量变小,有效控制了巷道变形量,巷道更稳定,有助于更好的保障矿井安全掘进。 In response to the problems of complex internal forces,poor stability,small initial support force,and easy occurrence of serious deformation in mine excavation tunnels,the mining stress of the surrounding rock of the tunnel was analyzed,the key technical parameters of bolt support were calculated,and a bolt advance support scheme for the excavation tunnel was designed and tested.The test results showed that after applying the bolt advance support scheme,the relative displacement of the tunnel decreased,Effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway makes it more stable,which helps to better ensure the safe excavation of the mine.
