摘要
在环境监测当中,对土壤重金属的检测是其中很重要的一部分内容,本文对原子吸收原子荧光法对土壤重金属的测定应用进行了研究,目的:应用原子吸收原子荧光法对土壤中的重金属进行测定。方法:选取对土壤样品进行前处理的方式,在土壤微波消解的条件下对土壤进行消解。对各种标准的试剂浓度进行严格的配置,静置等到定容之后借助原子吸收分光光度计和原子荧光光度计对土壤样品中的重金属进行测定。结果:标准溶液中确实含有重金属。结论:原子吸收原子荧光法带有较好的稳定性,能够很好的应用在对土壤的重金属进行测量上。通过对于上述内容的探究,以求为测定土壤重金属提供有价值的参考和依据。
In environmental monitoring,the detection of heavy metals in soil is a very important part.This article studies the application of atomic absorption atomic fluorescence method in the determination of heavy metals in soil.The purpose is to apply atomic absorption atomic fluorescence method to determine heavy metals in soil.Method:Select a pre-treatment method for soil samples and digest the soil under microwave digestion conditions.Strictly configure the concentration of various standard reagents,wait for constant volume,and then use atomic absorption spectrophotometer and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine heavy metals in soil samples.Results:The Standard solution did contain heavy metals.Conclusion:Atomic absorption atomic fluorescence method has good stability and can be applied well in measuring heavy metals in soil.By exploring the above content,we aim to provide valuable reference and basis for the determination of heavy metals in soil.
