摘要
本文对浸出渣进行了硫物相分析和筛析粒度特性分析,研究了富氧熔炼机理。通过优化富氧熔炼炉结构设计,实现锌浸出渣的无害化处理和有价金属综合回收,为生产实践提供指导意义。
Based on analyzing sulfur phase and sieving particle size of zinc leaching residuce,research smelting mechanism which developed in the oxygen-rich furnace.By optimizing design of oxygen-rich melting furnace,realized the harmless treatment of zinc leaching residuce and multi-recycling concomitant metals in the smelting process,which provided guidance for production.
