目前我国化工行业企业发展迅速,基于化工设备管理理念所提出的化工机械维修保养技术较为丰富,非常值得深入探索。化工企业的生产过程是相当复杂的,因为其涉及生产设备类型较多,且在生产控制方面工艺相对复杂,易腐蚀是化工设备运行过程中最大的弊病问题,要予以重视。为满足化工生产需求,做好化工设备管理工作较为重要。因此本文主要基于化工设备管理的可靠性中心维修理论来展开理论分析,并思考化工设备管理工作中化工机械维修保养的若干关键技术内容,最后加以例证。

Currently,the chemical industry enterprises in China are developing rapidly,and the maintenance and repair technologies for chemical machinery proposed based on the concept of chemical equipment management are also quite rich,which is very worthy of in-depth exploration.The production process of chemical enterprises is quite complex,as it involves many types of production equipment and relatively complex processes in production control.Corrosion is the biggest drawback in the operation of chemical equipment and must be taken seriously.It is quite necessary to do a good job in chemical equipment management to meet the needs of chemical production.So this article mainly conducts theoretical analysis based on the reliability center maintenance theory of chemical equipment management,and considers several key technical contents of chemical machinery maintenance in chemical equipment management work,and finally provides examples.
