摘要
本文通过分析三起承压壳体用钛合金产品失效破裂原因,总结了承压壳体用钛合金产品工程制造中的几点质量控制措施:1、钛合金铸锭生产过程中,应通过加强海绵钛用前挑选,并且尽量挑选使用小颗粒海绵钛,同时加大一次、二次的合金熔炼电流,增加过热度,以降低钛合金α偏析冶金缺陷;2、提高产品表面机械加工质量,同时优化承压壳体焊接工艺,降低机械加工引发产品失效;3、小壁厚、高交变、多循环工况下的承压壳体零件宜设计采用模锻件机械加工成型的工艺制造方法,以提高产品质量稳定性。
By analyzing the failure and rupture causes of three titanium alloy products for pressure-bearing shells,this paper summarizes several quality control measures in the engineering and manufacturing of titanium alloy products for pressurebearing shells:1.In the production process of titanium alloy ingots,it should be selected before strengthening sponge titanium,and try to select and use small particles of sponge titanium,while increasing the primary and secondary alloy melting currents to increase the superheat to reduce the segregation metallurgical defects α titanium alloys;2.Improve the quality of product surface machining,optimize the welding process of pressure-bearing shell,and reduce product failure caused by machining;3.Pressure-bearing shell parts under small wall thickness,high alternating and multi-cycle working conditions should be designed using the process manufacturing method of machining and forming of die forgings to improve product quality stability.
