正确度与精密度在测定矿石砷量中的运用

摘要 本文按照《测定方法与结果的准确性(正确度与精密度)》第2部分及第6部分的原理及测试方法,组织5家实验室利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(碱熔)对硫化矿中砷量进行测定,采用数理统计方式及工具对实验室间数据一致性及离群值进行检验,制定精密度检测函数,判断检测方法的重复性限及再现性限,有效指导检测分析过程精准性。 In this paper,according to the principles and test methods in Part 2 and 6 of Accuracy of Determination Methods and Results(Trueness and Precision),5 laboratories were organized to determine zinc content in sulfide ore by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(alkali fusion),and the data consistency and outliers among laboratories were tested by mathematical statistics and tools.The precision detection function was developed to determine the repeatability and reproducibility limits of the detection method,and effectively guide the accuracy of the detection and analysis process.
