Research on innovative design in metal mechanical structure design

目前,传统的设计理念存在很多的限制性问题,已不符合现代社会的发展需求。因此,机械结构设计必须创新设计理念,优化设计方式,以提高机械结构的设计质量,实现其应有的效益.为了给机械结构的创新设计提供一些参考,文章简单介绍了机械结构设计中的创新设计内涵,论述了机械结构创新设计原则,分析了机械结构设计现状,并对机械结构创新设计的应用进行了进一步探究。得出:当前机械结构设计存在平台滞后、材料滞后等问题,设计人员应更新设计理念,推进机械结构创新设计平台与方法的应用,为机械行业的可持续发展提供充足动力。

At present,there are many restrictive problems in the traditional design concept,which does not meet the needs of the development of modern society.Therefore,the mechanical structure design must innovate the design idea,optimize the design method,in order to improve the mechanical structure design quality,realizes its due benefit.In order to provide some references for the innovative design of mechanical structure,this paper briefly introduces the connotation of innovative design in mechanical structure design,discusses the principles of innovative design of mechanical structure,and analyzes the present situation of mechanical structure design,the application of innovative design of mechanical structure is further explored.At present,there are some problems in mechanical structure design,such as platform lag and material lag,so designers should update design concept and promote the application of innovative design platform and method of mechanical structure,for the sustainable development of the machinery industry to provide adequate power.
