某含金尾矿的工艺矿物学分析 被引量:1

摘要 某石英脉型金矿石,金品位为0.58g/t。通过工艺矿物学研究发现,金矿物主要以自然金为主,其次为银金矿,其它金矿物含量较少;金矿物粒径较小,主要分布于10μm以下,含量占81.57%;金矿物主要以裸露金形式存在,金含量占比68.97%;金矿物主要与黄铁矿伴生为主,金含量占比为77.79%,其次以单体形式存在,金含量占比为6.15%,剩余16.06%金嵌布在脉石中。样品中主要硫化矿物为黄铁矿,其它硫化矿物含量较低,黄铁矿嵌布粒度较细,主要集中于-37μm且多与脉石矿物伴生,黄铁矿解离度较低。因此,若要进一步提高金的回收率需适当增加磨矿细度。 A quartz vein type gold ore has a gold grade of 0.58g/t.Through the study of process mineralogy,it is found that the gold ore is mainly natural gold,followed by electrum,and other gold minerals are less;The grain size of gold ore is small,mainly distributed in 10μ Below m,accounting for 81.57%;Gold deposits mainly exist in the form of bare gold,with the gold content accounting for 68.97%;Gold ore is mainly associated with pyrite,with the gold content accounting for 77.79%,followed by monomer form,with the gold content accounting for 6.15%,and the remaining 16.06% gold is embedded in gangue.The main sulfide mineral in the sample is pyrite,the content of other sulfide minerals is low,and the particle size of pyrite is fine,mainly concentrated in -37μM and most of them are associated with gangue minerals,and the dissociation degree of pyrite is low.Therefore,in order to further improve the gold recovery,the grinding fineness should be appropriately increased.
