摘要
随着老龄化进程加快,越来越多老年人面临与年龄相关的营养问题,营养素养作为个体理解、获得以及应用相关基本营养信息的能力,是影响老年人饮食习惯的重要因素,本文对营养素养定义、模型分类、以及国内外老年人营养素养评估工具的研究进展进行综述,以期为研制我国老年人营养素养评估工具提供参考依据。
With the acceleration of the aging process,more and more elderly people are facing age-related nutritional problems.Nutritional literacy,as an individual's ability to understand,obtain and apply relevant basic nutritional information,is an important factor affecting the eating habits of the elderly.This paper reviews the definition of nutritional literacy,model classification,and related contents of assessment tools for nutritional literacy of the elderly at home and abroad.In order to provide a reference basis for the development of nutritional literacy assessment tools for the elderly.
