摘要
针对某660 MW超临界汽轮发电机组出现的高中压转子异常振动现象,通过研究其发展趋势和振动特征,确定了该转子异常振动主要是因为加工过程中形成了较大的残余内应力,造成机组投产后转子发生永久弯曲,进而引起振动故障。最后通过对该高中压转子进行振动响应分析,确定了现场高速动平衡方案。结果表明:对弯曲变形量较小的转子,现场高速动平衡也能取得较好的处理效果。
Abnormal vibration occurred in the HP⁃IP rotor of a 660MW supercritical steam turbine.It turned out that the primary cause of abnormal vibration was residual stress existing formed during processing by analyzing the development trend and vibration characteristics of the HP⁃IP rotor.The on⁃site high⁃speed dynamic balance program was determined through the analysis of the vibration response of the HP⁃IP rotor.The results show that high⁃speed dynamic balance can also achieve good treatment effect for the rotor with a small amount of bending deformation.
