摘要
针对目前单一爆破布孔参数优化方法的主观性带来的误差或不合理等问题,提出了一种基于模糊物元模型与数值模拟相结合的中深孔爆破布孔参数优化综合评价方法。根据某矿实际条件确定出不同中深孔爆破布孔优化方案,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟研究了不同方案的岩石爆破效果,分析其爆炸应力波与爆炸裂纹的扩展规律;结合数值模拟结果,采用模糊物元模型对爆破方案进行优选,最终确定平均有效应力峰值、大块比例、粉矿比例、钻孔量、装药量、进路顶板拉应力6个评价指标,优选结果表明:扇形炮孔数目为9孔时,关联度最大,为0.746,该方案爆破效果最佳。
To solve the problems such as errors or irrationality caused by the subjectivity of the existing optimization of single blasting hole layout parameters,in this paper,a comprehensive evaluation method based on the combination of fuzzy matter-element model and numerical simulation for the optimization of hole layout parameters in medium to deep hole blasting was proposed.Different optimization plans for medium-deep blasting hole layout was determined in accordance with the actual mining conditions,with which the rock blasting effects of different plans were simulated and studied by means of ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the extension of stress wave of blasting and explosion crack were analyzed.Combined with the numerical simulation results,the fuzzy matter-element model was employed to optimize the blasting plans.Eventually,evaluation factors including the averaged effective peak stress,the proportion of ore lumps and fine ores,the number of drill holes,the charge volume,the tensile stress of access roof were defined.The results show that the optimum blasting performance can be achieved with the highest correlation factor of 0.746 provided with 9 fanholes.
