基于悬臂掘进机性能的矿岩综合分级方法

摘要 基于岩体稳定性的传统矿岩分级方法无法满足悬臂掘进机的施工需求,为寻找适合悬臂掘进机施工的矿岩分级方法,建立了一套基于掘进性能的悬臂掘进机施工矿岩分级方法。以玲珑金矿灵山矿区为工程背景,通过分析工程地质情况和掘进速度等因素进行适应性分级划分,然后提出悬臂掘进机矿岩分级的BQ机模型,划分可掘进性分级,最后综合2种分级方法得到基于悬臂掘进机性能的矿岩分级方法,能有效预测施工速度。并以玲珑金矿灵山矿区进行矿岩综合性分级验证,结果合理可靠,为现场施工提供有力参考。 The traditional ore rock classification method based on rock mass stability cannot meet the construction requirements of the cantilever roadheader.In order to find a suitable ore rock classification method for the construction of the cantilever roadheader,this paper establishes a set of ore rock classification methods based on the tunneling performance of the cantilever roadheader.Taking Lingshan mining area of Linglong Gold Mine as the engineering background,the adaptability classification is carried out by analyzing the engineering geological conditions and tunneling speed and other factors,and then the BQ m model of the cantilever roadheader ore rock classification is proposed,and the tunneling amenability classification is divided.Finally,the ore rock classification method based on the performance of cantilever roadheader is obtained by integrating the 2 classification methods,which can effectively predict the construction speed.The comprehensive ore rock classification verification in Lingshan mining area of Linglong Gold Mine is carried out,and the verification results are reasonable and reliable,providing a strong reference for on-site construction.
