全球价值链嵌入对中国装备制造业碳排放影响的实证研究 被引量:1

Impacts of Global Value Chain Embedding on the Carbon Emission in China’s Equipment Manufacturing Industry:an Empirical Study

摘要 贯彻新发展理念、构建高质量发展格局要求我国制造业在全球价值链中的地位不断攀升,这一过程中涉及的绿色发展问题值得关注。以2007—2019年中国装备制造业数据为样本,通过计算中国装备制造业全球价值链指数,实证考察了全球价值链嵌入与中国装备制造业碳排放之间的关系。结果表明:首先,全球价值链嵌入能够有效降低装备制造业的碳排放,有助于实现降碳减排的目标;其次,全球价值链嵌入对装备制造业碳排放的影响存在行业异质性,且不同的嵌入方式对碳排放的抑制程度有所差异;最后,从作用机制看,全球价值链嵌入通过技术水平、能源消费结构两个途径影响行业碳排放量。因此要实现中国装备制造业绿色发展,除了要坚持参与国际分工,提升嵌入程度,更要专注技术提升、优化能源结构、协同行业发展,从而实现国家“双碳”战略目标。 Both a new development concept implementation and a high-quality development pattern construction require China’s manufacturing industry to continuously uphold its position in the global value chain.Great attention should be attached to green development issues in this process.Taking the data of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2019 as a sample,this paper empirically calculates the global value chain index and examines the relationship between the global value chain embeddedness and carbon emissions in China’s equipment manufacturing industry.Results indicate that the global value chain embeddedness effectively reduces carbon emissions in the equipment manufacturing industry and helps achieve carbon reduction and emission reduction goals.Secondly,there exists certain industry heterogeneity in the impacts of global value chain embeddedness on carbon emissions in the equipment manufacturing industry,and different embedding methods exert varying inhibition degrees on carbon emissions.Finally,from their perspectives of functioning mechanism,the global value chain embeddedness affects carbon emissions through two channels:technological level and energy consumption structure.Therefore,in order to achieve a green development in China’s equipment manufacturing industry,we should adhere to international labor division involvement and embedding enhancement.It is also necessary to focus on technology improvement,energy structure optimization,and industry development coordination,in order to achieve the national strategic goal of“Duel Carbon”.
