Discussion on drainage situation of textile dyeing and finishing enterprises

对纺织印染企业的耗水量和排水量进行连续、系统的计量和分析,结合企业的生产状况和用水特点,分析纺织印染企业用水和排水的变化趋势。结果表明,纺织印染企业的排水率与生产的产品、运用的工艺、使用的设备、雨污分流的程度、水重复利用率等因素有关。

The water consumption and drainage of textile printing and dyeing enterprises are continuously and sys⁃tematically measured and analyzed.The changing trend of water consumption and water discharge in textile dyeing and printing enterprises is analyzed in combination with the production conditions and water use characteristics of the enterpris⁃es.The results show that the drainage rate of textile printing and dyeing enterprises is related to the factors such as the products produced,the process used,the equipment used,the degree of rain and sewage diversion,water reuse rate,etc.
