摘要
研究生心理健康公共课是应对研究生群体心理健康问题,提升其心理健康水平的重要方式。表达性艺术疗法以其多样的艺术方式,丰富的实践而直接作用于心理。将表达性艺术融入课程,将心理理论与艺术实践结合的过程可以提升心理健康课程的有效性和趣味性,增加学生的体验性,为高校研究生培养及课程改革提供新的尝试与探索。
Public courses on mental health for graduate students are an important way to address mental health issues and improve the mental health of the graduate student.Expressive arts therapy has a direct effect on the psyche with its diverse artistic approaches and rich practices.By integrating expressive arts into the curriculum,the process of combining psychological theory and art practice can enhance the effectiveness and interest of mental health courses,increase students’experience,and provide new attempts and explorations for postgraduate training and curriculum reform in universities.
