摘要
目的 探讨多排螺旋CT低管电压(80 kV)扫描联合快速迭代重建技术在副鼻窦扫描中的应用。方法将100例副鼻窦CT检查的患者分为80 kV扫描联合快速迭代重建技术(A组),120 kV扫描(B组)滤波反投影重建;比较两组图像质量主观评分、图像平均值、图像噪声、SNR、CNR、辐射剂量等指标的差异。结果 A、B两组图像的主观评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组图像CT平均值、图像噪声略低于B组,SNR及CNR高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组辐射剂量均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多排螺旋CT低管电压(80 kV)扫描联合快速迭代重建技术进行副鼻窦检查,能保证图像诊断质量,并可降低辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the application of multi row spiral CT low tube voltage(80 kV)scanning combined with fast iterative reconstruction technology in paranasal sinus scanning.Methods 100 patients who underwent CT examination of the paranasal sinuses were divided into 80 kV scans(Group A),combined with rapid iterative reconstruction technology,and 120 kV scans(Group B)with filtered back projection reconstruction;Compare the subjective scores of image quality,image mean,image noise,SNR,CNR,radiation dose,etc.between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in subjective scores between groups A and B(P>0.05);The average CT value and image noise of Group A were slightly lower than those of Group B,and the SNR and CNR were higher than those of Group B,with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);The radiation dose in Group A was lower than that in Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of multi row spiral CT low tube voltage(80 kV)scanning and fast iterative reconstruction technology for paranasal sinus examination can ensure the quality of image diagnosis and reduce radiation dose.
