以学生为主体的进阶式线上教学模式在外科学课程中的应用及思考

Application and Thoughts of Student-centered Advanced Online Teaching Mode in Surgery Course

传统的外科学教学模式已无法满足当代医学生临床思维培养的要求,在“互联网+”时代与疫情背景下,线上教学模式被广泛关注。本文拟设计依托于网络平台的外科学课程的优质线上教学模式,以学生为中心,分三阶段进行进阶式教学。课堂外学生自主学习专业知识,课堂内着重培养学生知识应用能力,这不仅可以锻炼学生的自主学习能力,提高学生在课堂中的积极性与主动性,还可以培养其临床思维能力,促进知识内化,为临床实践和培养优质医生打下基础。

The traditional teaching model of surgery can not meet the requirements of cultivating the clinical thinking of medical students.Under the"Internet+"era and the background of COVID-19,the online teaching mode is widely concerned.This paper intends to design a high-quality online teaching model based on the network platform for surgery course.The course is student-centered and divided into three stages for advanced teaching.Outside the classroom,students learn specialized knowledge independently.In the classroom,teachers focus on the cultivation of students knowledge application ability.This can exercise students'autonomous learning ability,improve their enthusiasm and initiative in the classroom,cultivate their clinical thinking ability,promote the internalization of knowledge,and lay a foundation for the clinical practice and training of qualified doctors.
