从“割裂性评价”走向“融合性评价”--学校德育评价改革的基本路向探析 被引量:2

摘要 德育评价在落实立德树人根本任务、培养全面发展的人的过程中发挥着重要作用。以往的德育评价一直存在着从分裂的、静态的视角来看待学生道德发展的不良倾向,没有真正把学生当作生成性、整体性的道德主体人格来看待,这事实上导致了德育评价的“割裂性”困境。为了更好地解决此困境,德育评价应建构以学生的全面发展为本的融合性评价理念,以彰显评价的人本性、生成性和整体性;发展综合性的德育评价指标体系,促进各项指标的有机融合和全面评价;构筑多样性的德育评价方法,以破除评价方法的单一性弊端;形成开放性的德育评价渠道,以建构线上线下、家校社的一体融合评价,从而发挥出德育评价的导向和促进功能,更好地落实新时代德育评价改革的使命。 The evaluation of moral education plays an important role in the process of carrying out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and cultivating people with all-round development.In the past,moral education evaluation always had a bad tendency to treat students'moral development from a split and static perspective,and it did not really treat students as genera-tive and integral subjects with moral personality,which actually led to the dilemma of“segmentation”of moral education evaluation.In order to better solve this dilemma,moral education evaluation should construct an integrative concept of evaluation based on the overall development of students,and high-light the human nature,generation and integrity of evaluation.We should develop a comprehensive e-valuation index system of moral education and promote the organic integration and comprehensive e-valuation of various indicators;construct a variety of evaluation methods to break the defects of sin-gle evaluation method;form an open evaluation channel based on building an integrated evaluation of online and offline,family,school and community,so as to give play to the guiding and promoting functions of moral education evaluation,and better carry out the mission of moral education evalua-tion reform in the new era.
