“双减”重塑基础教育生态的价值诉求

摘要 反思“双负”痼疾的根源,是教育功利化倾向造成基础教育的生态失衡,在教育实践场域突出表现为:应试导向下的畸形竞争,消费陷阱下的教育公共性退位,绩效支配下的学习管控。深刻反思学生负担问题的根源,透显出“双减”重塑基础教育生态的价值诉求,亟待实现从“追逐竞争”向“适性发展”、从“关注分数”向“理解评价”、从“管控压制”向“自我觉醒”的转型。由此,有效推动“双减”工作标本兼治的实践路径有:以系统性建构“立德树人”的生态圈来扭转教育观念的偏差,以深化推进“基础教育课程教学”改革来发展学生的核心素养,以满足“儿童完美生活”的需要来摒弃管控的教育程序。 Reflecting on the root cause of the chronic disease of“double burdens”,we find the ecological imbalance caused by the utilitarian tendency in basic education periods that is prominently manifested in the field of educational practice as follows:firstly,abnormal competition oriented by exams;secondly,the decline of education publicity resulted from consumerism;thirdly,learning pro-cess controlled by performance indexes.A serious reflection on the root cause of such problems re-veals the value demand of“double reduction”to reshape the basic education ecology,a transforma-tion from“score-pursuing compettion”to“individuality adaptation development”,from“focusing on scores”to“understanding evaluation”,and from“control and suppression”to“self-awareness”is urgently needed.Therefore,the practical path to effectively promote the“double reduction”work can be made by the following:systematic construction of an ecosystem of“cultivating virtue and talents”to reverse the deviation of educational concepts,the deepening promotion of the reform of“basic ed-ucation curriculum teaching”to develop students'core qualities and abandoning controlled educa-tional programs to meet the needs of children for a perfect childhood.
