摘要
灵敏素质是足球运动员需要具备的重要身体素质,它是影响足球技术、运动表现及比赛制胜的关键因素。快速伸缩复合训练作为一种广泛使用的训练手段,被广泛应用于各运动领域。因此,该研究运用快速伸缩复合训练的方法和传统灵敏素质训练的方法,对少年足球队员进行8周的实验干预,探索快速伸缩复合训练对少年足球队员专项灵敏素质的影响,并对比两种方法的训练效果。目前,国内外学者将快速伸缩复合训练应用于各类运动项目之中,对不同专项运动员的速度、下肢爆发力、灵敏等方面的影响作出研究,结果表明,快速伸缩复合训练能够显著提高运动员的速度、下肢爆发力、灵敏等方面的能力。因此,该研究将快速伸缩复合训练应用于少年足球队员的专项灵敏素质训练中,对少年足球队员专项灵敏素质的发展进行实验干预,以期为丰富校园足球训练提供理论指导,为快速伸缩复合训练的理论基础做补充,丰富灵敏素质训练方法,为少年足球灵敏训练提供新思路。
Agility is important physical quality that football players need to possess,and it is a key factor affecting football skills,sports performance and game victory.Fast telescopic composite training,as a widely used training method,has been widely used in various sports fields.Therefore,this study conducted an 8-week experimental intervention on young football players by using the methods of rapid telescopic composite training and traditional agility training to explore the impact of rapid telescopic composite training on the special agility of young football players and compare the training effects of the two methods.At present,scholars at home and abroad have applied rapid telescopic composite training to various sports events,and have conducted research on its impact on different special athletes'speed,lower limb explosive power,agility and other aspects.The results shows that rapid telescopic composite training can significantly improve athletes'abilities in speed,lower limb explosive power,agility and other aspects.Therefore,this study applies rapid telescopic composite training to the special sensitive quality training of young football players,and conducts experimental intervention on the development of the special sensitive quality of young football players,in order to provide theoretical guidance for enriching campus football training,supplement the theoretical foundation of rapid telescopic compound training,enrich the methods of agility training,and provide new ideas for the sensitivity training of young football players.
