摘要
目的:通过对古典跤冬训前后测试数据进行比较,分析评估上一年度冬训的效果,指导之后冬训体能训练计划的制订。方法:选择重庆市6名男性古典跤运动员,运动员随队进行为期5个月的传统专项摔跤训练和体能训练,每周包括垫上专项训练课、田径场耐力跑和抱人负重训练、体能馆传统力量训练等。在冬训前后分别安排同样的测试内容,通过前后测的对比,评估整个冬训的训练成果。结果:冬训中传统体能和摔跤训练对FMS评分无显著性改变,值得注意的是,肩部灵活性和躯干旋转稳定性持续低分,需要加入一些提高肩部灵活性和躯干旋转稳定性的训练;冬训可以显著提高深蹲最大力量和相对力量,可以一定程度上提高上肢力量、下肢爆发力和身体敏捷性;冬训后躯干爆发力出现小幅度降低,之后冬训可以加入一些发展躯干爆发力的训练动作。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effect of winter training in the previous year and guide the formulation of the physical training plan for subsequent winter training by comparing test data before and after Greco-Roman wrestling winter training.Methods:Six male Greco-Roman wrestlers in Chongqing were selected to participate in traditional wrestling training and physical training for five months,including special training classes on the mat,endurance running and carrying weight training on the track and field,and traditional strength training in the physical fitness hall every week,etc.The same test contents were arranged before and after winter training,and the training results of the whole winter training were evaluated by the comparison of test data before and after wining training.Results:In winter training,traditional physical training and wrestling training had no significant changes to FMS scores,and it was worth noting that shoulder flexibility and trunk rotation stability were consistently low scores,so it is necessary to add some training to improve shoulder flexibility and trunk rotation stability.Winter training could significantly improve the maximum and relative strength of squats,and could improve upper limb strength,lower limb explosive power and physical agility to a certain extent.After winter training,the explosive power of the trunk decreased slightly,so some training actions can be added to develop the explosive power of the trunk in follow-up winter training.
