摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定电子电气产品聚合物中砷含量并评估该方法的不确定度,通过分析不确定度的来源,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。实验结果表明砷含量为128 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为10 mg/kg(k=2),结果表示为(128±10)mg/kg(k=2)。分析过程显示不确定度的主要来源是标准曲线拟合,然后是样品消解过程和标准溶液的配制,并根据上述分析提出实验改进建议。
Using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)to determine the content of arsenic in polymers of electronic and electrical products and evaluate the uncertainty of the method.By analyzing the sources of uncertainty,calculate the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty.The experimental results show that the arsenic content is 128 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 10 mg/kg(k=2),and the result is expressed as(128±10)mg/kg(k=2).The analysis process showed that the main source of uncertainty was the standard curve fitting,followed by the sample digestion process and the preparation of standard solutions.Finally,suggestions for experimental improvement were put forward based on the above analysis.
