基于改进蚁群算法的多源设计变更传播路径优化

摘要 在复杂产品开发中,设计变更及优化是一个非常重要的问题。已有相关工作主要基于任务重分配以及结构变化的动态配置研究,存在设计中的稳定性和设计时间均不理想等问题,因此提出一种多源设计最优传播路径搜索方法,即采用复杂产品的有向加权网络模型,通过改进蚁群算法计算得出最优变更传播路径。实验验证发现:变更影响较小时,变更传播影响的覆盖率为38.2%,比高变更传播影响下的覆盖率降低了5.9%,并且路径搜索中未出现零部件重复的现象。利用改进蚁群算法能够解决传播过程中的路径耦合问题,实现全局最优解的搜索,对复杂产品设计变更传播路径优化具有一定的实际意义。 Design change and optimization are very important issues in complex product development.Existing research mainly focuses on dynamic configuration based on task reassignment and structural changes,but there are challenges related to stability and design time.In this study,a method for optimizing the propagation path of design changes from multiple sources is proposed.By employing a directed weighted network model for complex products,the optimal change propagation path is calculated through an improved ant colony algorithm.The experimental results prove that when the initial change impact is small,the coverage rate of change propagation impact is 38.2%,which is 5.9%lower than that under high initial change impact.Moreover,there is no part duplication during the path search.The use of improved ant colony algorithm effectively addresses the issue of path coupling during the propagation process,enabling the search for global optimal solutions.This research holds practical significance for optimizing the propagation path of design changes in complex product development.
