摘要
污水处理厂厂内的进水泵房、精细格栅、预处理冲洗水泵等在工作时会发出较大的噪声,对职工的健康和厂界外的敏感点产生严重影响。通过对案例厂区内噪声源的监测与分析,结合工程自身特点,提出了综合的吸声、隔声、消声治理措施。经过治理后,厂界的噪声达到了《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》中2类和4类声环境功能区的排放标准,可对其他类似污水处理厂的噪声治理起到参考。
The operation of units such as the intake pump rooms,fine grilles,and pre-treatment flushing water pumps inside sewagetreatment plants generate significant noise during operation,which has a serious impact on the health of employees and sensitive areas beyond the boundary of the plants.By monitoring and analyzing the noise sources within the plant area and considering the project’s characteristics,this paper proposes comprehensive measures for sound absorption,sound insulation,and sound elimination.After implementing these measures,the noise emissions meet the standards set for Class 2 and Class 4 sound environment functional areas as per the“Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary”.The measures outlined in this paper can serve as a reference for noise control in similar sewage treatment plants.
